Sculpd is creating a new category of craft experiences
Sculpd is a disruptive craft experience company. Since launching our first pottery product in 2020, we’ve grown rapidly to establish ourselves as the category creator and leader in creative experiences. We've sold to nearly 200,000 customers in over 60 markets, generated over 400 unique pieces of press coverage and we are leading the expansion of this category globally. This year will see us launching multiple new products and scale up internationally and the Digital Marketing Manager will help lead that growth.

Our customers love the nostalgic feeling of falling back in love with a childhood craft, so we design accessible products that allow them to fit their new favourite hobby in with their busy lifestyles.
Starting in the UK and now selling to customers in over 60 countries worldwide, we started with clay and now we’re taking crafts further than it’s ever been before.

- We’ve built an amazing social community in which past and present customers inspire future customers with their amazing pottery creations. We’ve grown from 0 to almost 100k Instagram followers in just over a year!
- We’ve got an exciting product roadmap and the products we’re bringing to market will change the craft game
- International expansion is a key focus this year and we are expanding to meet customer demand across the globe
- We’ve built partnerships with the most influential brands in the UK and US including Bloom & Wild, Patch Plants, Missoma, Mr Black Spirits, Papier, Biscuiteers with many more to come
The role and how you’ll be working
- Reporting into one of the co-founders, you’ll have great exposure to all areas of the business, and be driving our marketing across all territories
- Broad remit planning and executing marketing initiatives across Email, Social, SEO, On-site, Referral, PR and our amazing community of makers
- Planning and project managing new marketing initiatives to support campaigns and product launches across key marketing channels
- Own the execution of the marketing campaigns and be comfortable taking the lead on copywriting where required
- Working closely with our Product and Design team to help tell the story of our innovative products and backing that up with real customer stories
- Using customer insights both qualitative and quantitative to inform new marketing campaigns
- Working with partner brands to create compelling narratives for our best-in-class product partnerships
- We’re an early stage startup and your role will be central to our growth through all digital and offline channels
- Within months you’ll be creating campaigns with a global audience that push the envelope for what crafts means, and you’ll be able to see, tangibly, the impact that your work has on the growth of our business
Description of type of candidate we’re looking for
- 1 - 2 years of experience planning and executing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, preferably in a fast paced startup environment
- Strong project management skills. You like staying organised and multi-tasking, you have excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable copywriting for marketing collateral e.g. email CRM
- Customer obsessed - you love trying to understand the needs and motivations of our customers and how we can better serve them
- Often taking the initiative to improve things and add value to the wider business
- Numbers orientated, you are analytical and love working with large datasets in Excel to surface insights
- Innovative, you love seeking out new ideas and can surface them in a commercially orientated way
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be confident working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations
- You love the idea of learning new skills or ways of working as the business continues to grow at pace
- Ideally experience using Klaviyo
